Laugh Today

Be the nails they hammer
Be the last upon this earth.
The driving sound of forever,
Doth not leave me with any mirth.

Laugh it was, when I was young
No thought of aging on my mind.
Laugh today for tomorrow brings
The curtains that will me enshrine.
