Ecstatic Poetry
My husband with a perplexed look on his tender face asked me "What is surrender?" Saint Mirabai has the answer: Surrender is completely accepting the Will of God "All is Giridhar's Will." Dressed as a bride with vermilion dot, bejeweled anklets She danced and sang in the Temples of Chittor Winds carrying fragrance of sandalwood and Tulsi leaves danced too.... every blossom, every leaf, blade of grass, every living being is His Gopi bride Our peacock Lord's flute has cast a spell over us.... Dance Meera! Dance Radha! Dance Ramakrishna! Dance David and Sonya Ki! Sing, Celebrate this Great Love forever!
