The heat unbearable The water supply running out A crying babe, on the verge of passing out Hagar sat facing away, afraid to see her son die Suddenly a call from yonder came A call blessing the child The veil was lifted from her eyes, and yay!- a water brook revealed I hear Hagar exclaim in happiness about a God who sees her He sees the single parents He sees the orphans He sees the widows and widowers He sees the invisible people in every society Just so you know, you are never alone! It's true we are never alone but like Ronald Hull said it is literally the fact that we are the hands and feet of God to reflect His Love to others-good poetry

A really wonderful thought. But if we rely on some other like an unseen God, are we just copping out on our responsibility to care for those in need and leaving it up to "God to do it for us," lazy as we are to help.
