Sometimes I don’t remember your Birthday, and most times Mother’s Day too,
Valentine’s and Easter don’t always happen and New Years we sleep through ,

There’s no such thing as a drive to Vegas, Doctor calls is all we make,
Sometimes the kids come over, and that’s a pleasant break.

Friends we see quite often, but even they are few.
TV doesn’t interest us but Music we listen to,

We don’t share a lot together, our hobbies aren’t the same,
Me I’m into writing and you are into Games,

Yes it’s not a busy lifestyle and we enjoy our solitude,
I’m sure there’s others like us with our same attitude,

But we do have something special, that we’ll always share
And in today’s mixed up living , It’s becoming very rare,

It’s the love that’s there between us that will always grow.
And life can’t get much better, At least we both think so.
