Post office moved up town

Sloughs across the river dry

Water's been down

County moved the Church upon the hill

Kids switched from smoking to pills

Me, I just don’t belong

Lost just like the old town

Age and time blend in one

Soil is dry, crops won’t grow

Kids just smile and say, I know
