Grab teh side and ride to the end of forever lived

Out of hell he rode in anger and penitence sword a waving

Slithering myth and truth a like leaving only horses waiting

for only hot steel stopped by burning lead poured in iron pots

Startled in blood red she slept warm inside the hide

Death leads to rest and warmth one more time

Valley escapes recognition laid in debt paid

Ghost finds sleep in the gap of heaven and hell

Earth stings the praise of rivers running fast

Ocean sings in sea cold and black left sin spent

River runs the let of man threaded blood red

to pools viewed in disgust and awe found cruel

Vision created by mind screaming in new flames

Creature reaches the place of promise just short of gap

Penalty of verse and chapter enters last phase of rage

more of fire resting in wind perfume death in sin

Complicated the road to blessings seen mirror cast

Light danger in minor cage locked in fetal crash tried

Souls reach gates returning to a place suffer lied in page

Hammered in volumes steep keep in check the masses of

multitude ears that hear and eyes that see blinded by greed

Gold the new need body sweat lives inside too long vestige

Cave gives up all scrolls wrapped in Dead Sea voice

Water washed over the skin leaving only marks written

Life driven stained message floats down a page war waged

Lee ward to wave dangles hope in ordered destruction

Rainwater made replace a folded clean wash a way day slave

Startled in blood red she sleeps in a gap created for dreamers

Cripple moves in silent scream pain beyond description

Flames crackling sweet sound of consumption created

Volume equal to mass over yonder wall survival is kept

Solution of man is envious-break down earned his personal hell

Epiphany by Gary Stephens

“We’re going to use nine megaton warheads in space and we’re not sure they’re large enough to be effective. Why would you even consider using kiloton-range surface-to-air warheads as back-up?” The answer was succinct. “Because they’re all we have.”

Behind the Gates: Behind the Gates: A 1990s Hollywood Romantic Suspens by Lisa Maliga

The higher you go into the hills, the deeper the secrets... A seemingly innocent piece of mail shatters the illusion of Beverly Hills luxury, forcing a terrifying statement from a powerful action movie mogul: "they can't kill us fast enough."
