Love lost

A blue horn is taking me around the block in ringing tune

Smoke fills the tried and tired room of lovers seeking

Faith at the end of the evening on bright lights of temptation

Can’t seem to sidle out a pain on a highway fading sign

Linger here for the show in money in rhyme just mime

Lovers in same room

Looking for a soul to share my wisdom anywhere to believing

Lady with a mind singing the sign of the limit last time

Blue horn breaks mind smoke clears as days follow

Living in giving come forward one more time

Crystal breaks into page s the clouds rain fate

See the doom in her eyes

Boy blows the sane to reason giving mental note

Come in loose a places blues in a thrill gone

Flame comes to begin in pen and ink kept

Body cries into night wind reaching heart

Days make their way into peace left

Cry for the fates of reason in man

Time passes to want of half love

Sing for the sake gone into warm

No love only a place to belong

Ripe for the taking hearts falling

Fashion not a concern for the man

No father to call or hold the pain

Not holding for staff in dance lost

Blues comes in worry stayed in eyes

Small hand touches more than hello

Same old voice different tune

Room skips to faith and doom

Burn as the mind fades to shade

Street pulls more than cats leaving

Fence is a holler place left in sin

Depth brings solace forward

Love waiting to be found

Look into her eyes as romance

Truth as time passes in mood given

Comes and takes the latter

Restless hearts left cold

Hard is stone cold

Rest in silence

Taking past limit

Thrill is her never-ending love

Tell her

Night

To

Hold

Tears

Wash

Clean

Fools scream at the moon leading past clouds lingering

Memories given in playing new

Shades of blue horn falling in midst

Telling trail dripping down a face creased

Track of fears left by tears gone long gone

Standing on a stone looking for a place to hide

Winning lost in care or need to seed

Lost in the shadows cast by my pride

Hungary in love left alone dice a alive

Cries out more inside love passes drive

Wanton desire rolls to valley too low

Gone it is the world out side into a pit

Press past needed being left stoned

Smoke and lies left to the beer stale

Rock and bars in jail of making hope

Trite you search in lot and lonely faces

Salt pillar breaks into choices never alive

Out of black skies failing sound in boulevard

Melody calls souls into reality going to heroes

Silver flames leave a mark in arrows left in her heart

She leads the voices forward into grace and trace

Beautiful shore fill in sand all cascade into yesterday

Notice a dreamer or two laying cold in sun faded past day

Trance comes into reality seeking stars to believe

Triangle of jaded keepsakes hangs on

Only faces leave my mind and things just turn around

Clouds leave me drink in hand love on the rocks of play

Blue horn plays for me a swan song of long gone long gone

Body cries into night wind reaching heart

Days make their way into peace left
