Stop to see and never forget

From the writer seeking release to the poet sharing emotion granted

A purpose to give

As a writer I have

Changed

I am not a tool of release

I am emotion going for a ride

Position left in hues of truth

Pain and love escape

The mystic pen

Light the stage of creativity begging retaliation

Fates and fades leave a smile as quick as a free drink

Lover of me stand in lines waiting the change to consolidate

Yet in the greatest of mystery only drops of creativity fall to page

Taps plays for the tools in the box

As emotion takes the lead

Amongst purples and grays

Flowers are green

And pedals push

Cycles in retribution

Change from time granted

Leaves morning sun shining on my bed

Empty but for me, the little girl long gone

But a whisper in the wind

A fragrance lingers

I write

You know there is a season when the heart goes to dry
When the water of life pours free
A time when death rings
Bitter thrown for a song
Someone you were so long ago

Pride lays cold
Faces fade
Voices remember
Kiss is sad
Love past
Fall

Fall
Past love
Sad kiss
Remembered voices
Fading faces
Cold lays in pride
Spirit trips hearts

Long ago you were someone
Song written in bitter shared
Rings of death biding time
Free pours the water of her life
Dry the eyes of tears for heartache pared
