CC there is no reason but the soul requires none

we are just flowers blooming under an old and fading son

love it is a season to be kept for days gone cold

lovers hold forever in the bottom of their souls

put my hand into the pocket of dream left cold and dry

took my two fingers of whiskey

hung my head and cried

anit no reason for living on this earth

my life has been of blessing

still I fill like a curse

take the wild of reason cast it like a stone

watch it skip across the water

song to its final home

a purpose is never what seems to be

only a reason

run among the flowers

blooming in dried up sea

cup the warmth in loving as long as you can

fed the need of pleasing

accept the role of a man

watch your children growing

hold the day as it goes

take the soft rain

with the ice and the snow

come hear the music of the life on the go

come accept the heartache of growing old

watch the autumn with the leaves they turn

in the wonder of believing learn to accept burn

It was into cold of winter as the leaves lay to rest

I walked to the graveyard heavy heart in my chest

saw and old man praying near a stone note ground

left a piece of me writing

yet I never made a sound

when you walk the valley and have stood on mountain high

there is a comfort in your being

there is truth to your cry

nobody questions

for your wisdom is strong

in your hand they place

their heart and they sing along

I am and I will always be

wisp her to the good times

when our spirits were still young and free
