In the glow of campfire I sing in a voice of Christmas shared

There is star that calls out to me

As I  walk the waters of

Never a truth to be

Covered in life streams

Singing the song of the now

Peace to the lovers

Who have crossed the river

And rest on the bank of a sea

Imagination comes hard

As time and love can be

cc

I wish for the good of seeing more than a man should see

Live for the wild-eyed fairy

The one that lives by the sea

I kiss away my sorrow

I fall in love everyday

I wish for better tomorrows

But live for this day

So walk with me in the morning

Sleep with me in the night

Hold fast to the good times

To carry you forward for the fight

Take every wish granted

Hold it to be a truth seen

Dream of better coming

Dream just dream

My child come to me

Touch my brow

My child just live

Good things come somehow

My child we are forever

In the wonders we find

Call me to remind me sometimes

I wish for the good of seeing more than a mans should see

Live for the wild-eyed fairy

The one that lives by the sea

I kiss away my sorrow

I fall in love everyday

I wish for better tomorrows

But live for this day
