Ah life
It was Sunday playing poker in a tavern across town Ginny found me and on my lap she just plopped on down Whispered in ear here I got a bedroom and bottle Not very far from here, need your love'n to wipe a way these tears Rye whiskey and water brought by the arms of man She caught me off guard lets try to deal again Bed warmer than I remember kisses hotter than hell She was burning up with passion I was lost I could tell It was Tuesday just out of a coma in hospital cross town Four holes in me sheriff brings in this clown Point him out as the raging bull that came in He screamed you sinner I will shoot you again and again I hear Ginny laughing and smiling down on me Love is like a passion play your hand sets your soul free It was Sunday playing poker in a tavern across town Ginny found me and on my lap she just plopped on down
