A trip in time

Tired eyes search the view
words fall fast in time
I look and there are you
the first I thought I 'd find

Silver hair all a glow
picture perfect hair
a treasure of years ago
glad that you are here

Drums play the tune
as the group gathers speed
last of winters group
headed out to sea

Hands wave as the last leave
I myself keep time
with the beat of water ganst the reef
such a lovely sight to see

Christmas on the mast
children will greive
but the money in the sock
will be blessed to receive
