Life Behind Her Eyes

I wrote this after learning to pick up on certain signals that my wife was sending to me they were subtle but very evident.
If only he could see what I see every day, as I live my life, the ups and downs the turn –arounds, As I swerve and as I sway, If only he could see life behind my eyes, He would not doubt, never would he question whether I was devout, his vision much to his Surprise if only he could see life behind my eyes, We have seemingly gone through it all life's turmoil has turned us all-about to wher...e we could Just scream and shout to him it seemed as though it would be our demise, But secretly I did not quit on him, oh! How he would lament, if he only knew unto me how Much he meant, his pride and fear acts always as disguise, if only he could see life behind my eyes, And so our road will bend together, to twist and veer, hand in hand he will see me near; he will Continue to fight the world and all its lies, until my dying breath, I will try to help him realize how I truly saw him because he was not blind but only I could truly see life behind my eyes.
