they tell me talk to a psychologist for i fail to see the broken depressing reality they keep perceiving to them Iam the great escapist, a pretender someone who isn't grounded but- i tried their way probably already too many lifetimes even before this one i'm just glad to know that there is another way of living and expressing life i have squandered too much energy my dweller on the threshold must now be enormous and i opt to redeem him reenvisioning my day looking at the world through the eyes of Abel for life is a never ending drama of one's internal fight between these two brothers as Cain persistently succumbs to what his senses dictates continuously fixated stuck in a state disallowing growth surrendering easily to the appeal of outside appearances without redemption without hope losing his soul through the fires of forced contentment so child, be Abel for he let's you see beyond what the senses can offer clothed in the linen of faith it is how one is separated from a daydreamer to a doer so succumb not to this 3D world for the truth is deeper than sensorial perceptions walk on water to not drown in these changeable facts then, the fires of desire shall not devour you but lift you up in the consciousness of its fulfillment all through the eyes of Abel. ©A.max Sept. 15, 2022

sensorial perceptions..." As you offer here, much of the reward for mankind is within. How rapidly the world without has dominated the past few generations, overwhelming us with man-made substitutes for genuine peace and happiness.

I saw the reference to psychologist and it suggested some need for therapy. Your poetry is certainly your source of therapy including this treatise on the value of the story of Abel.

Did the good survive the bad, or was it the other way around?
