~**~I know this is not another "Hot Sultry Night" :)~~**~~

But... I hope it makes sense... I guess we are all moody at times in our lives .... just unambiguous dilemmas expressed !!! ~~**~

Somewhere within...

She doesn't want to feel this anymore,
the pain the hurt inside her heart,
tearing, cutting and shredding her apart

Ripping at every fibre every sinew,
she wants to live again, feel emotions,
renew the her, that lies somewhere within.

Lost in the abyss of time
in the dark side of her my mind,
in the recessess of her wounded soul.

Emotions, the love and passion
which have been kept a secret in blue,
locked, behind those invisible doors.

The vibrant and carefree spirit,
dulled into oblivion over eons of time.
So much lost and forgotten inside her mind.

A heart that gave without reciprocation,
Smile that with time had faded and slipped away,
somewhere within the pools of her mirrored soul.

The soul that awoke and realised the truth,
the life and the beauty, of so much to share,
the love in abundance within her heart.

The passion which flows within her being,
smiles that await to radiate,
once again in the corners of her heart, soul and mind;

like golden liquid,

magical sunshine!

I echo LaBelle's thoughts on this one, Elga, and that picture took my breath away to use an appropriate cliche. :-)

Elga, this has all the qualities and superior emotions, which could rip a mighty Oak tree, right out from its very roots, yet, there is also the calming rebirth of one who knows the day will come, and the explosive release of pent up love will shower the Heavens with brilliant stars for all to see! Simply a spectacular composition my friend! Bravo!

This is just beautiful poetry Elga, it just radiates the in born gift of love. Love that can be mistreated, but still deep within it resides...just waiting for its renewal. This is a really wonderful piece.
