 Through Misty Tears


In misted moments
through misty tears,
I see a blur across my vision,
a face so haunting,
yet unclear !

Through shadowed nights
and veiled days,
the cape of mysticism still remains,
loving memories
tender thoughts,
sadness rages deep within.

Hold the moment
hour and second,
when I lost my heart and soul,
caught within a weakened moment,
I let my feelings show.

But I need for you to know,
  through all this passing time;
my emotions still burn and glow !

Pain and sorrow so exquisitely and selflessly expressed. Your vulnerability and honesty shine clearly through this misty veil, and "though weeping may endure for a night, joy WILL come in the morning" as you resolve to walk through this Valley of Tears.
