Sadness
Sadness enshrouds me
Like a sombre night-
Panic strikes, I’m unable to fly.
Pain scorches my fragile soul,
As tears like searing acid roll.
Disconcerting intricacies
Leave me weakly bemused!
Sometimes we need a little sadness, to make us appreciate the good times even more.

Been there done that!
Our innerness has many faces, forces, and voices, but is only reflected back to us as sadness or emotions akin to it, for 3D understanding, and awakening soul sparks - so parts of our innerness, will attract itself back to itself as the One that it is. Source draws from Source energy to heal. So just switch frequencies..it's THAT simple..OK?
I have been at this point at one time in my life..my only saving grace was the faith that things would surely get better... and they did...much better than before the sadness struck. This, I wish for you.. the faith to know that these times will pass. Be well.
Ontological and spiritual subjects are dealt in "Sadness" in good rhythm...

there is a lot in this I can relate too, my friend. 07 has not been a good year for me as well. This piece of yours spoke volumes to me. Outstanding write.
Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
