Invisible Fingers
An unexpected touch on the face Invisible fingers Caressing, soothing A sign that everything is okay.
Playing with your hair Tantalizing the mind A gentle breeze blowing inspires thoughts that the world is just fine
But, the wind is not always gentle This we know well
Sometimes bending, roaring Howls screaming terrifying tunes inducing chaos, a hell.
And, pain.No moments peace, for fragile humans living on shifting domain.
Life can be shook, seams can be torn Consequence of invisible fingers Needing to be heard, and all the more felt Turning and tearing innocent lives apart Sending its message to man running this world on greed, on indifference. And, material wealth, to roll in, in lust, in desire, for power!
This can’t go on.Invisible fingers are playing along, and we have a chance to create a new song.
Hearts can be opened once compassion is creed When governments and people realize lineage to the human deed…
Fearsome invisible fingers will have less pull on our lives No longer needed to warn of further strife
They may rest when we attest that this life is for sharing, and heed.
Not merely for the minority, it’s for all the living – indeed! ….
As individual is indivisible We are united, all unified What affects you, affects they and we Connected Riding waves of harmonious co-reality
May gentle invisible fingers guide again Soothing, embracing Care for one another About human beings, the animals, plants and the trees In regards to you and me – us blessed sisters and brothers Living in a world almost as remarkable as we!
The sad fact is that we care so much for human life that the animals that support us are disappearing. Who wants to see a Roo in a zoo so 4 billion Chinese can have two or more kids?
The US is suffering a population explosion from people fleeing overpopulated, economically deprived countries.

Yes, we're all connected and this fact is brought home painfully in these times. I've been thinking about the warnings put forth in the '70's about global warming and how they were considered hysterical. And look, these tempests are caused by global warming and
