Sadness creates more sadness Unhappiness creates more too Same goes with bad feelings Forlorn emotions should live alone But misery loves company Escalates the dread Makes a party of those emotions That should be asleep or dead Life is already difficult A crying shame or pain Each of us suffers Our melodies aren’t the same We need to lift each other up Not curse and cuss, or blame We need to raise each other’s cup Harmful emotions must be slain

Each of us suffers.... no matter who, where or when. every one has to suffer.... Dear Suzie, these are very wose words. a wonderful poem that has overflown from the cup of your muse.
