Knowing Thyself
Is so easy to say
Harder to implement in any real way

Conditioned with beliefs
Beyond our own mind 
Genetic imprints are sometimes not kind
 
On the Core Level
Soul Level too
Underlying Beliefs can lead us askew
And, the History Level needs to be resolved
Before becoming too, too old
  
'Know Thyself'
Wise Socrates did say
Take care of yourself come what may

Elevate our lives
Look within
Take every action
Let your heart sing

To explore our own selves is not as easy as it sounds, life, love and hard times often close doors to soul and heart that we cannot find keys to anymore. However that doesn't mean we should stop trying for in our past lays our future....
