This is a poem about becoming one with the night sky.

Black liquid silk, I bathe in thee, Dark night immersed... Tranquility. I lie here beneath, A starlit night, Forever peace filled, Radiant moonlight. Within the field, Imagine my bed, Black silk sheets, Starlit head. The night it calls, For me to come, I lie, soul bare, Immersed as one. Warmed by the stars, Wrapped in nights sheet, I dream I am Wrapped up in thee. Until he calls, A wind doth blow, To waketh me, To quench my soul. This lover of nature, Perfect, divine, I sleep till then, For he to find. I am the night, Liquid black silk, Jeweled with stars, Heaven's milk. I long to linger, Till mornings light, A falling star, Wishing through tonight.
