On extremists.
Faith might ease some suffering But religion cannot rule Extreme and harsh the policies of self-righteous fools Universal consciousness Codes of humanity Now warped and twisted tools for those to gain the power they seek Oppression, pain, and body-count the causes justified Blind followers don't question centuries of lies Copyright �2004 Edwin Dante Larson �

"Blind followers don't question centuries of lies"- Powerful statement of a reality that boggles my mind. Well written straightforward poem.
