You are so right that truth is sometimes stranger than fiction - which is what makes the real world a pretty scary place to be in a lot of the time. What is even more worrying is the potential that may lie within each of us to be both Jekyll and Hyde, according to circumstance. This speaks to me of the terrors that lie within, as well as the terrors that lie without. This works well on many levels. Hmmm... I see the exchange down there, per this poem. I found some universal truths, easily applied to some, perhaps many. To write with everyday language and bring about movement in a reader's head... that's the stuff of impact and truth. Well done. katy.
