Staggered but not defeated...

One More Time

We've dried the tears, hid the fears

perhaps inside vowed to make a try

Tol find new ways, to find more days

maybe more time to chat until we cry

The years pass quick, old wounds we lick

once fifty is just another memory

Old bones cuddle up, thats often enough

to hold off and avert heartaches agony

There's still work to do, to see it through

and it may still all be in vain

but two little baby girls, ribbons and curls

need Pops and Nana all the same.
