What have I bin missing??!!! You SICK??? So sorry to hear that, Pops, and I know that fevers are just the WORST for bringing out everything that has ever been bottled up inside over eons, it seems. I had a perpetual rigorous fever for weeks and weeks back in the hottest summer here on record in 1990, and sleep was no rest cos I just dreamed that Satan was burning me alive... nice!! Well, he mighta tried, but he didn't get too far... Drink loads and loads of water... gulp it down to clear the system. Breathe loads of fresh, outside air at the same time as keeping your head and throat wrapped... awwww, darn it, I'm just gonna have to come over and sort you out... :)) Seriously, Darlin, just don't fight it and go with the flow. Give in to whatever it is that you've "bin so strong about" all these years and let it go. Things that fester within us just have a way of working themselves out in the end. Remember your body has been under tremendous stress over the past few months and is probably pretty depleted in terms of resources anyway. REST REST REST in any way you can... even if it is hangin upside down on the clothes line. Be patient with yourself and be glad you don't have to feel obliged to read all this my drivel for the next few days!! :)) KNOW YOU ARE LOVED and all we want is for you to be well and at peace with yourself. Remember God is closer than the shadow of your right hand and has only love - not censure - to give. We are always our own worst critics and our own worst enemies and condemnation actually is not something which Jesus came to dish out. Be free, Felix... peace is a reality if you can find it, and a heart and soul as loving and honest as yours certainly does deserve it. Praying for you, Darling Man. LOL Kate xx

Felix, I hope you get well soon. This is great, dear brother. I agree with all the words, and I wish I had written them, because they sound like my life for the past 4 years. From a stroke in 2001 to a tachycardia arrhytmia Christmas Day, 2005. I am still tired tho, and very much so. But I hope you get well soon. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. Dear Felix, so sorry to hear that you are still feeling so bad. We so hope that you will feel better soon. I hope you recover quickly, Felix, we miss you here at the Den. As far as the emotions go, lack of sleep is a major cause for that as well as stroke, medications, hormonal changes and some physical ailments; all of these things are known to cause tears to flow uncontrollably. I think that we all could use a bit of education on this as most of us find it difficult to understand and therefore have a tough time helping the patient through their crying bouts. I will keep you in my prayers, Felix and hope that soon you will be back to sleeping through the night and feeling well.
