Heart Ache

Just a little run down and tired when I wrote this but off to bed and I am sure all will be well in the light of morning...

Heart Ache

With the cold of winter blahs

Sink deep through skin and bone

The snivels and the sneezes

Just won’t leave well enough alone

Sharp pains linger beneath the surface

As my old heart complains again

Take a squirt or two of nitro magic

Lie down to ease the pain

Count to ten and then some

Eyes pressed against the light

Debate, debate and wonder

Should I go to the hospital again

Then sleep finally comes calling

To soothe my body off to rest

I’ll sleep to rest this tired old heart

So I can bypass this days stress.

Do rest dear Felix, we have so much catching up to do, so listen when the body speaks through its language of pain. I understand where you are coming from as I too keep the nitro spray close by.
Love your Cuz, Rose XOXO

Okay, Fee, we do not want to lose you. Really! If you are running the nitro trip and wondering ... time to visit the healer! Period. Just put your concerns to one side and do it now. Hey, we, your readers and friends, require you to be here tomorrow. So mote it be!

Our bodies are made to warn us,, and we need to take the warnings seriously~ Sleeping does repair, but if it can't be alliviated you must follow up! Take care of yourself, Fee~ Oh, and stress, well it seems we only need what we allow...therefore I need none! Easier said than done!
Enjoyed the write Fee, but you worry me!
Love and Peace~

Dear Fee,

love the two last lines. They add just a bit of cheer. The unpredictability of life applies to us all, doesn't it. Yet medical conditions such as yours loom heavy. Get your rest.

love,
Kathy

During sleep our body repairs itself, but I would check that heart if I were you. I know what trouble stress gave me, so I have regular check ups every six months at least. Victor

Sounds like a bypass would be the answer to those heart problems or an angioplastic that has added many years to my life.

I suppose it won't do much good for me to tell you not to get stressed, but you know that is what you must learn to do. Whatever it is that causes you stress will continue on after you are gone, so let it go. You being around for you family is much more important than any of that other stuff. Feel better, Felix.
Take care,
Sherry
