touching…reaching out

skin to skin

trying…to strike a spark

somewhere within

whispering…love in the dark

are echoes of the day

hoping…just this one time

she won’t turn away

crying…silent teardrops

thunder in the night

faking…smiles in morning

pretend that all is right

A sad, yet excellent write, Fee. That is why it is so important to keep the passion alive in a relationship.

The lump in my throat as I read this has become the size of a football and made two left feet of my fingers... Humorists always deflect from true feelings with a smile. Not faking... just coping. And, when the pretending stops?? Reality burns like the rubber hitting the road. A searing write, Felix. This hurts. As ever, your weeping pen writes honest, painful and always cleansing words. You are always a mirror on the soul. Bless you, Kate xx

Fee, you write with heart. Showing passion dwelling inside waiting to be caressed in honesty without fear of note in this write. You are a fabulous Writer.

another thought provoking write.
"Dying Passion" seems hopeful of continued love.

On the other hand it pulls at one's heart with a bit of sadness.
Continued blessings to you Felix,
