Snowflake Rose and the Santa Suit
‘Twas neigh on Christmas, Santa Fee was getting morose
His wardrobe was threadbare, he felt like a church mouse
His jacket was worn thin; his pants were so thread bare
A new Santa suit was needed, but no money could he spare
He prayed for a miracle and dreamed at night in his bed
Dreams of a lovely red suit, kept filling his poor head
With the North Pole mortgage and the income tax rapped
Santa’s budget was red-lined, all his finances tapped
Then out of the blue Snowflake Rose arrived in a flash
With a ho, ho, ho she landed at the North Pole with a crash
She measured and studied and searched bargain stores
Finding just what she needed, between Santa Fee’s snores
With pins, needles and thread, she soon caused to appear
A new plush suit of velour that to Santa’s eye brought a tear
Now like Rudolph in history, Snowflake Rose has a place
In Santa Fee’s heart, that no one else can ever displace…
