I came to you on that midnight shoreline
Where hopes and dreams are often one
With your breathless, enticing lunar invitation
In our dreamscape just six hours from the sun
Words need not waste our precious moments
Your lips on mine weaves love's forever song
As bodies fulfill the magic of desire's dream
Enveloped in such passion star-blessed strong
We begin to make love like a gentle summer breeze
On the shores of the Lake of What-Could-Be
Butterfly kisses and soft, silky gossamer caresses
Building to a near perfect tsunami of the sea
To come to earth basking in each other's love
But alarm clocks synchronized with day break
Once more temporarily sated by your smile fades
...our teardrop-kissed intimacy of the lake!

Curious to know why your first line is in black and the rest of the lines are in gray?
Also, the line "Your lips on mine weaves love's forever song" - shouldn't it say "your lips on mine weave ... "?
Oh, and the image you use is hauntingly beautiful and complements the poem well.
