Depression does happen, It happened to me, and I'm not alone. If you have ?'s please write me and I can help.

 My Depression
Life of sadness and tears
Than
Life of speed and roller coasters
My Depression
To much to handle by myself
I asked God for guidance
My Depression
My Family and Friends are worried
My job was affected, I couldn't give 100%
My Depression
My doctor was there.
The medicine helps
The mood swings are even
Life has become more managable
Life is worth living
I see the bright colors and no more grays.
My derpession is now in control.
Son can yours.
Ask for help, you are not alone.

I have days where I am depressed, but I try to work through it. This is one reason why I write; it makes me feel better. Well done!

Amy,

This is very meaningful to me. And I understand the importance of medication. Clinical depression is not situational. It is biological. In the same way that therapy would not heal diabetes, neither will it (when used solely) heal clinical depression. It's unbelievable how many people still don't realize that. God bless you and keep you safe.
