A partial eclipse of the sun will occur today at 5:30-7:00 pm ET...
I am the Dragon in the Sky trying to swallow the Sun!
In the southern U.S., Mexico and South America I cast strange shadows and Crescent moon-shapes on anything that light touches
Through cut glass prisms I cast crescent rainbows, little beauties in forgotten corners that I dare you to find
But the day will not be night, the birds will still sing, my moon will only take one bite out of the Sun
But cruising in a narrow path in the middle of the South Pacific ocean, you will experience a Total Eclipse!
And I will swallow the Sun!
I am the Hybrid Eclipse--the light of stars beyond the Sun bends as it passes the Star of Stars
Listen to the advice of the Dragon:
Slow down, do not go too far in a new direction, reflect on who you are and where you are headed to avoid disaster!
You will encounter emotions, old patterns and unconcious sources that require focused attention!

Masqueraded Royal Weddings; Popes Requiems and Dragons In The Sky... we best read the signs of the times for they SHOUT loud and clear - and that Dragon I am already hearing: he speaks a lot of sense!! Seems to know a lot, too... Thank you for this scintillating write: there is nothing more intrusive and stunning than an eclipse of the sun because it reminds us that the whole of life depends on this amazing orb shining for us every single day... I hope he will still be there tomorrow!! When life gets out of focus, everything seems surreal, so get corrective glasses and see life for what it is. Meaningful write, well done, your thoughts have not been eclipsed in this splendid poem.
This is great. One big secret to look out for is the unique properties of shadows while this takes place.

Wonderful advice from the Dragon, Linda - and I looked up this eclipse and found out that I won't be able to see it from my location - drats.
