Tellin it like it is, Emeka, to the shame of the brotherhood of the whole human race. For "race" it surely is... where parity is certainly more than unequal and the playing fields wholly uneven. This write has so many possible references and allusions... and at one level each one of us "dies" in our spirits every day a little more, prey to our own perceived "affluence" and that which it takes to perpetuate it.
