In 2007 I was diagnoised with early Alzheimer. The first few years were extremely hard as I tried to come to terms with it. It was a constant strugle to try to remember. I learned that when I could not Satty words , I could write my thoughts MY DR started me on Exelon and Namenda. Each nedication has a different in the brain. Folate helps to prevent memory loss for those who have Alzheimer's by 55%/ My memory has been pretty good BUT OVER THE ASTFEW MONTHS , I HAVE NOTICED I AM FORGETTING MORE It such a hard thigh to deal with. Ido not want to lose my thoughts. I want to beable to make decisions and live like a nornam person
I ruralize it is creeping into my brain more. I tryso hard to stopit...I am the 5th inthe family to have it , Myoldest son , Sam is the 6th! All the others have died! WILL THAT BE MY FATE TOO? I pray I will die of tatteril le devastating ilness.
