Here are eight solid gold rules to live by from this day forward...

From This Day Forward… 1. No more coffee – just “Tea please” – I need a tea party going inside me - just say “NO” rot gut coffee! 2. Eat more live & fresh Fruits and Veggies – all dead food just brings you closer to the grave; that's not for me! 3. Get more outdoor exercise – what’s the point of jogging and going nowhere? Enjoy the outdoors; there is so much to see! 4. Family and friends – Say “Yes” only to friends and family that enjoy your company. Ignore whining; give no sympathy! 5. Pray and meditate – Worry gets us nowhere – a calm mind and a healthy spirit are good for the soul. 6. Reach out – Help others who are in need - appreciated help is more rewarding than a pot of gold. 7. Go for it – There are new opportunities - the world is kaleidoscope of ideas – think- invent- create. 8. Have paitence - read the The Bible - for good things come to those who wait.
