To My Sister At Sixty-two
The last poem I wrote for you was when you were sixty.
I recalled growing up and our childhood way back when.
When we were kids two years seemed to last forever.
Now two years seems to fly by so fast now and then.
In our youth we grew in height, maturity and knowledge.
But now we have grown spiritually and I pray for more.
For faith in Christ does not take a scholar or extra years of college.
It just takes an open heart to welcome Jesus in the door.
So I wish you sis the best years of your life until God rings the chimes.
I pray that your Christian faith grows until see each other in heaven.
Because eternity with Jesus is the right way to spend “forever” time…
And forever and eternity is a very long, long, time.
Love, Johnny

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.
Be always safe,
Karen
you are protecting your sis.
btw, now I know that she's my sister, too, so Happy Birthday, Sis!

GOD BLESS YOU
