When my first wife died I went through an emotional turmoil that almost tore me apart

I felt as though some monster ripped through my chest and took out my heart

My first wife was my BEST friend for many years

I never experienced such emotion and such a trail of tears.

I was pissed at her folks for not believing in her success.
They put her down until the end and always gave their son the best!

He was no angel that's for sure, but it was sadder than sad in the end.
There I was all alone to raise two kids and without my wife...

my BEST friend.
