We can turn things around for the better. It's not easy but it's worth it.

You’re Fired? Those two words do no good, only harm. The Terminator will eventually be terminated and sent out to the farm. When will we learn that all voices need to be heard? For to silence one is like killing all the spiders. They keeping the other pests at bay. We all have a purpose we all need to have our say. The majority should eventually have their way. So, let's get FIRED up today! Amen

Amen. Firing is a form of barbarism akin to murder. The consequences of being fired can have long-standing effect. If one carefully selects and hires, then firing becomes less obvious. The idea of laying off during hard times and then hiring back is far more preferred. But better still is a way to keep people on and get them in jobs that they can do well in spite of their so-called, shortcomings.

Loyalty is not a job requirement. It is a sentence to do the boss's bidding regardless how terrible it might be.
