The truth is sometimes hard to take
It scratches its way down
But swallow it we must or else
Eat lies that taste so sweet
Yet eat us from way deep inside
For lies it seems while tasty treats
Are really burning acids
They make a hole inside our hearts
And make our logic falter
But truth which can be bittersweet
Will nourish life and limb
And will in time become our strength
And make our soul much fatter
first that I have read of your work, this was a very creative way,,to tell someone it's not a cool thing to lie, for this is what it does to the one who is holding the lie,,,thanks for the share,,c_lea
