that bounced from time to time.
I let it slip.
I let it slide.
Red flags around his account.
I can't remember which amount.
But he over drew on his love
a minute and a half ago.
But I keep letting it go.
Paid the amount, made up
excuses to the Bank Manager.
She said, "girl, please, let that
fool go."
I said, "He needs to get his bill
paid."
But then after thinking about everything
I said, "Yeah, you right."
So I didn't pay the checks no more.
Let him go into over draft and
closed the little amount left on
the free checking I gave him a
few years ago.
Cause my love dollars can not be
just spent on someone like him,
I need it to be spent wisely.
Even though he's tried to ply
me with the sweetest products
I will not allow him to deposit
into my account any more.
