intense is the passion
that we share
and i am afraid.
not sure what i mean to
you.
am i the one you seek?
a plaything?
or nothing...

i feel your frustrations baby.
i don't mean to push your buttons
but i am so afraid of you not
loving me the way i need
and deserved to be loved.
instead of giving you the real
part of me, i just hold all of me
inside...hiding.

my soul is liquidfied.
on fire for you yet scared to be true .
i know you are too frustrated right now
to really understand but know this.
i got so many scars inside and not
sure when they will heal.
i'm not sure when my soul will
finally heal to let another love
consume me.

i ache to let you in, yet i cannot.
right now it's too fresh.
and maybe i don't deserve you.
see this depressed state is nothing
like i've ever experienced.

don't know when i'll return to the
true happy me i used to be.
just know this has little to do with you
and more to do with my own healing.
