I had a sudden urge
came from
no where
to sweep everything
off my desk
kind of like a blind rage
came over me
weird
I’m not normally like that
mellow easy going
love my life kinda gal
but
I got this hate this white hot coal
and I don’t know what to do with it
having never hated
how do you learn
to deal
rage
love that word rage
has such a nice steely feel to it
now hate is ugly
hate you kinda spit out
hate
has it’s own phlegm
I’m no good at it
rage I like
rage is here and now
rage is breaking dishes and screaming
you’re a sorry mother fucker
rage I like
hate
I can’t deal with
I’m no good at
especially when it’s killing me
especially when I know I’m justified
especially when I just want to
say
I hate you
wow
there it is
I hate you
I hate you
I hate you
therapy
probably
do I feel better now
not really
but if I bottle this hate
inside
if I hide
from it
it will ruin me
it will steal the good stuff
it will
I know it
I feel it
just a sure as I feel
the
blinding rage
of
hate
soon I'll be back to the silly nonsense soon
just
bear with

empty it, Josie.. drain it all onto the floor and stomp on it.. then sweep it up, package it and leave it on the doorstep of the one who pissed you off! dust your hands off, stroll away and GRIN! Great rant! katy.

I choose to bottle it all up. I'm not a rage-filled person, although there are so many things that piss me off. Maybe in time i'll release it somewhere. Maybe stand atop a cliff and scream! This was great, Josie. Just get it all out!
Cheers,
Tim
