Dear GOD!
I prayed for this to be like that,
Oh God can't you hear, why do You pass me by?
What you have put in front of me, meets,
not, my constant cry.
I want it here, and I want it then,
can't you hear my plea?
I want what I want, dear God, It must be cut and dry;
why give me something, that still demands of me, the choice I gave to you, it makes me want to cry.
I don't feel safe in TRUST, dear Lord, I need my security,
why can't I keep all the old, You know, the new's too, burdensome, and scary, for me.
That's why, to you I brought my wish, I trusted you would give,
and now my soul hurts cause instead, by faith, I'm told, to live.
Although I can't disqualify, for I do see your mighty hand, and will, in what you,
have supplied;
but, I came to you, so you could remove, my fears, remove, my need,
to decide.
My child, I hear your prayers, quite clear,
how could I not.
But it's your ears and eyes, that are deaf and blind, not mine. For everything your heart requires, I've, already, to you,
brought.
The faith you seem to think you need, I've in abundance given to you, It's already in your heart;
but you can pray til you turn blue, and, you'll, still, always have your,
part.
The things of faith that you run from, and call unfair to you, are not what they seem.
But, merely that you believe, and trust, that, this is, the answer to your dream.
You need to see that all I ask, and all you really need to do;
is say yes I believe and yes I trust, and I will follow you.
Instead of seeking the yes, from Me, a smarter way to go:
would be to go along, in faith, and count on Me, to take you out, if my answer is, really, NO.
I've brought, you to this, glittering shore, not so you could complain,and, make me sad, with all your doubt;
but, that you might wade in, my child, in faith, feel all I give, and, have the courage to find out.
To view these pure still waters, that beckon you come in;
as acid and corrosive, hurtful to,
your skin.
Shows little trust, my child, for, I've already used my Word, and all contained,
there-in.
I've assured , you that whom I've sent, was sent by ME; the references will,
all show,
and really my dear child, this, you already KNOW.
My saints, have gone thru so much more,
on what seemed only a whim,
and many have entered this Holy Water, not knowing how to swim
And here you are, at your dreams shore, and all you have to do,
Is take one step, at a time, into this water of life, I have provided for you.
I gave you choice, and my very, Word, forbids, I take it away;
so this decision is ALL yours, just come in, and trust; that if it's not what I want for you, I'll loudly, and in plenty of time,
NO, say.
I'd pull you out, but a stronger faith,
you will have received along,
the way.
The bond between you and I, the closeness that you seek,
is all contained in steps of Faith, your willing, to Me, to Take.
To KNOW, that I will always, for you, sufficiently provide, all your hungers, will I satisfy, all your thirsts, and longings, will I, thouroughly, SLAKE!!
But, for each and every prayer I answer,
There are steps of faith, I'll expect you, my dear child, to know, and to,
TAKE.

This is so full of spiritual dyanmic confirmation... He has dealt to each a portion of faith for us to accept him as Lord. We always fear the unknown and wnt to remain in the familiar of our victories.
We pray for more knowledge a closer serving, but we always go to the step of questioning , the new move with God. He will pull us out. He will not give us more of anything we can not withstand though at times it feels like he has. This is so inspirational to the saint that is sitting right here as you have penned in their life. A confirmation from heaven of the new wave they embark upon.
