I remember the day we met like yesterday although I can’t remember the date.

Everything was going according to schedule and I was really running late.

I worked so hard and it was sweltering but the snow was falling as was the temperature.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes and that’s when I saw her.

She was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen but just a little bit on the ugly side.

I walked up to her to introduce myself and when she looked I ran to hide.

That was when the rains came pouring down.  It seemed the drought would never end.

I prayed for a cool breeze to cool me some but the air was still as the leaves blow around in the wind.

“Oh dear,” I cried.  “What shall I do?” that is when the alarm went off and I was thus awake.

Then I got up out of my bed after another sleepless night, for goodness sake.

My friend if you can make sense of this you are really one of two things that I can see.
