Oh, to Be That Handsome Writing a Poem by Ron AI

Clear My Head

Just writing this poem to clear my head,

After spending all day doing what I dread.

Seems a possible fraudulent charge,

On my funny money plastic card.

Has been canceled in a hurry,

By the bank’s own safeguard.

Automatically pay my bills that way,

So, I have to inform everyone that I pay.

But all their websites have new rules,

All of them requiring complicated tools.

Denying me more often than not,

requiring me to call an AI idiot.

Just when I think I may be all done,

Oops, forgot there’s another one.

Head feels much clearer now,

Just writing this poem somehow.

Yes, indeed, Ron we have to vent,
from rules and tools we so resent;
they wrench our brains
and torque our wits;
they push us where we do not fit.
They spank us all around the block
undoing everything we thought.
The seriousness is huge we know,
when all about what we do NOT owe.
Commiseratingly Yours,
~~ Diana

Poetry, the great clearer! Much enjoyed, digital payment can be convenient until they aren't. Can feel the frustration in your poem, Ron.

It’s just the way it is now Ron, AI is trying to do everything for us. Paying bills online is ridiculous. Thanks for sharing. I feel better myself’!
