An amazing sight to see...

I'm travelling down the interstate one lonely dreary night.
I look over on a hill; the moon is shining bright.
I see three crosses standing there all-alone,
the middle one looks different, it has a special glow.

I stop for a minute to view the beautiful sight.
Tears start flowing as I sit there in the night.
I vision Jesus hanging there, His face starring out at me,
I shiver, because it's more than I can bear to see.

I thought about the scriptures, from the Bible I had read.
It tells me Jesus gave His life but He's definitely not dead.
My vision quickly vanishes, my tears I wipe away,
I know Jesus is alive and He's coming back someday.

CHORUS:

Now, if you see three crosses, as you travel on your way,
bow your head and thank Him for the trip He took that day.
Yes, thank Him for the life He gave to save us from our sins,
and for the chance to live our lives, live each day for him.
