For sharing those bright shooting stars
A phenomenal thing to see

Thank you for ethereal love
An angel you truly must be
To coax me out of my cave
And brighten the whole world for me

Thank you for 18th March
You make such a radiant bride
Standing and sharing our lines
My whole being brimming with pride

Thank you for creating our home
So tranquil, peaceful and calm
For caring in every way
Shielding our life from all harm

Thank you for carrying Clyde
For nine months of nurturing love
Protecting our boy from outside
Wrapped up in a soft velvet glove

Thank you for that beautiful day
You presented our boy to the world
So close in every way
Our family truly unfurled

Thank you for five wonderful years
I do mean that sincerely and true
You fill my life so full of warmth
And happiness by being with you

So on this anniversary day
My love you’ll see in my eyes
I love you in every way
Heart so full of love that it cries

HELLO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!

Pity it didn’t make six
You conjured up too many tricks
But now I can see I’m ok
Bruised but healed I can say

After all what is life all about
Caring for someone no doubt
A soul mate we’d all like to find
