The Value Of True Friendship...

The word Friend is most misused word
In entire Webster's dictionary, for in accord
For one to have a true friend,
You must be true friend, and then
Some, for if you have one true
Friend throughout your lifetime,then you
My friend are to consider yourself fortunate, for It to be
All those acquaintances whom say they are your friend ,see
It this way, where were they when you really needed help,or
When you were really down & out, more
So,project yourself back one week, one month, one
Year, are you still sure they are your friend? Come
Now, you are Unsure, you say,
One really is your friend ,with dismay!
Maybe this little poem will teach you
You a lesson in life,on how to reach
Above all that sham that is around
And, you my friend may find that true friend! Profound
Say, one true friend ,who wants nothing but
Your friendship in return,nothing more,cut
Out all those acquaintances in your life
And you'll find that you have little or no strife.
Would you like to be my Friend, then
You've got to prove to me, TRASK,
That you all Care and Share,
And that you all are Aware
Of what life is all about
And without a single doubt
You will become my Friend...

My brother its friends like you make my tradgedy feel like a new birthday. I would like to say to you that your heart is powerful than 5 tons of Rocks. I thank you for allowing me in your space. You are a true friend. It is better to no the spirit than the form. And I thank God for meeting someone specials as you. You made my darkness come to light. I love you my brother and may God bless you with all the jewels in the world. Thank you my friend

Absolutely Correct! People disguise themselves as friends until you need them. TRASK - you hit the nail on the head. Thanks for the inspiration.
