Dear Daddy,

How are you and Mama?  Why should I ask - afterall

I know where you are.  Singing and dancing on streets

of  silver and gold.  You said you would be there when

I arrive and we will all see our Father in the sweet

bye and bye.  Give brother a hug for me.  You should

know he left here about June last year.

Many a Christmas have come and gone, but none like the

ones with you.  I'll talk more about it when I get home. 

Dropping a line to say I love you and when you're at

the throne of Jesus say a howdy for me.  I miss Mama's

praise and dance.  Tell her I am glad she taught me how to

love this way.  Give her a big hug  and tell her I said hey.

It won't be long now before I get there and we'll all be

together again, dancing and singing together around God's

Throne of grace. 

I thank God for Jesus as I decorate a Christmas tree and

thought I would drop this line as I remember you and me. 

Always after a festive Thanksgiving meal we would go chop

down a tree and gather in the livingroom to decorate with

the whole family.

Tonight as we turn on the lights, my new husband and me,

we will thank  God for Jesus and our loving memories.

My hisband is calling and now I must go.  I'll write you

again soon on another special day.  Oh, by the way it is

almost my birthday.
