If you were not schooled during Jim Crow Law in the south, there are a lot of things you may not know, such  as the books were hand-me-downs from the school up the road after the government bought up-to-date books to educate the white children.

The black children were taught they did not need books to learn to pick cotton, plow a field, bail hay, or tend the farm animals.  Now, who is the fault for the world gone awry...seems the same thoughts are still embedded in the same government and by some of the same men today. Why is it so hard for us to understand that things really did happen that way. 

Let's end this nonsense before our  time is up.  We can change if we get on our knees to pray.  You want to be ready for the midnight hour when the trumpet blows, you want be ready to go.  I will not be left behind, I will make it until the midnight cry.  No matter how the education system treated me,  I still wanted to be somebody.  I am somebody,  I am somebody.
