You took a chance on love and lost, Somehow i knew that you would. ~~ A brokenheart was your final cost, I would take away your pain if i could. ~~ Alone you sit feeling so empty inside, As you wonder where your love went wrong. ~~ It's hard to accept that her love was a lie. And how she just only played you along. ~~ To her it was nothing more then just a fling. While you were hoping to make future plans. ~~ Like a puppet she pulled on your strings. As you would jump to her every command. ~~ To her love is only some kind of cruel game. She'll use you up and make you feel belittled. ~~ She certainly does live up to her name. For she is known as "The Famous Black Widow". ~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have known several Black Widows and I have strived to stay away from them at all costs. It seems they try harder because of it but only because of their need to conquer. Understanding this would help so many (men or women) in avoiding these costly mistakes. Great write as always!!!

I am begining to pity the insect known as the black widow which is not as bad as we picture it. But human black widows are to be despised. Great poem.
